But in Part-Time Paleo, Ely takes a more practical approach suited to success. Ely’s point is that you should eat better in order to feel better, not just drop weight. The book outlines the benefits of the paleo lifestyle, which is not merely a fad diet, providing background information and a personal success story, along with shopping lists and numerous different recipes to try. Recommended for a foray into healthier eating!
