Recently I had the very great privilege of attending the 8th Annual Emirates Airline Festival of Literature in Dubai to hear Chris Cleave speak FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME  EVER IN PUBLIC about his new novel, Everyone Brave is Forgiven. Based on his grandparents’ experience of World War II in London and throughout the Siege of Malta, I think I simply must just read again after having heard him speak.

Everyone Brave is Forgiven will be released in the U.S. on May 3rd. (Sorry America, the British Cover is soooo much better)
